Objective: to carry out a study that will deepen the knowledge of regional actors on the place and role of women in regional trade in general and in cross-border trade in agro-pastoral products in particular, and to propose new strategies for the organisation of women’s cross-border trade through the formulation of an action plan for all stakeholders in regional trade, with a view to improving the conditions under which women trade

Programme for the Free Movement of Agricultural Products (ProFAB) in 2017

WiLDAF, Sub Regional Office for West Africa was established in April 1997. It is part of a pan African women’s rights network established in 1990, initially based in Harare, but now based in Lomé, Togo. It dedicated to promoting and strengthening strategies which link law and development to increase women’s participation and influence at the community, national and international levels.
